Cooking instructions: for best results, thaw your family feast meal well, remove sleeve and film.

Oven: Defrosted – 180 degrees for 16 – 30 min, if still frozen – 150 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes.
Microwave: Defrosted – 7 – 10 min, if still frozen – 10 – 12 minutes.

Storage instruction: Keep frozen up to 5 months. Consume within 2 days of defrosting and keep refrigerated. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
