Shipping and Collection Policy

Shipping / Delivery:
  • Once your order has been placed, allow for a 1-7 working day delivery period.
  • All deliveries take place from Monday to Thursday, between 08:00-16:00.
  • We do not deliver on weekends and/or public holidays.
  • You will be contacted by our logistics team to inform you of your delivery date. 
  • If you are not available to receive your package on its scheduled delivery date, please communicate a more suitable delivery date and if we have availability on that date your delivery will be rescheduled. 
  • You may be contacted to arrange an alternative delivery time and/or date to suit you should there be an high volumes, or any issues on route which prevent our driver from delivering your package on time. 
  • Delivery will only be attempted once, if you are not available to receive your package when our driver is at your delivery address your package can be rescheduled for delivery at an additional delivery fee.
  • Product Availability: In the rare case of a stock shortage, Better Foods may substitute an item with another popular product from the same range. For custom selections, clients will be informed of any unavailable items and offered suitable alternatives for their order.

Third Party Courier Service:

  • We partner with trusted a  third party (The Courier Guy) service to handle all meal deliveries Nation Wide. While we strive to ensure your meals arrive safely and on time, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in delays.

Delivery Process & Timelines:

  • Orders are prepared and shipped according to the schedule provided by our courier partners.
  • Delivery times may differ based on your location and the courier’s operational routes.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details to follow its progress.
  • The courier will contact you directly with any delivery updates or changes.
  • Please note that we do not have control over Courier Guy’s delivery schedules and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.

While we take great care to package all meals securely using dry ice, gel packs and insulated boxes, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages that occur once the order is in the courier’s possession.

Collection / Pickup option:
  • If you opted for collection and would like to change to delivery, we will happily accommodate your change however you will be required to pay our delivery fee in cash to our driver upon delivery (Only cash upon delivery will be accepted/exact amount).
  • Your order may be ready sooner should you decide to collect. If you have already opted and paid for delivery and you are not happy with the scheduled delivery date you are more than welcome to change to collection and schedule a collection date, however, please note that your delivery fee will be forfeited as it is non-refundable.
  • Packages may only be collected once logistics has informed you that it is available for collection.
  • Please note, depending on stock availability your package may take 1–3 days to be ready for collection. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s available and ready for collection.

  • Collection times are Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 15:30.
